Spain-context expert data for frontier AI.

Custom expert tasks, RL environments and consented Spain/EU datasets for frontier AI labs and data vendors, built to a signed spec.

Early-stage team. We build against signed orders; you pay for what you specify.

Original and synthetic content

Provenance record with every item

Consent separate from employment

No fake logos or certifications

What we build

Three products, specified with you before work starts.

RL environments

Simulated hotel, restaurant and concierge software, with tasks and automatic checks.

  • Hotel PMS + channel manager
  • Restaurant & events operations
  • Club & experiences concierge

Original interfaces, Docker images, deterministic reset, synthetic Spanish data. State-diff verifiers plus rubrics. Delivered for your harness (HUD/Harbor, Gym-style, Verifiers).

Expert tasks

Written from scratch by Spain-based professionals: revenue and front-office managers, F&B and events leads, sommeliers, tax and tourism advisers.

Each task: prompt, context files, gold answer, weighted rubric, double review. Spanish, English or both.

Consented workplace video

Head-mounted video of back-of-house hospitality work. Adult, paid participants; separate, withdrawable consent; no guest audio; anyone who has not consented is blurred.

Starts only after Spanish legal review and a DPIA. Nothing has been captured yet.

How it works

From signed spec to auditable delivery.

Nothing is built or captured before a signed order.

Work as a direct supplier or behind your data platform.

Your format

Schemas, harnesses and languages are agreed during scoping.

Acceptance first

Acceptance criteria are written into the order, before work begins.

Sample tasks

Judge us on the work.

Two of the ten tasks in our paper sample. Every entity is fictional. This is a paper sample: no model has been tested on it and no paid expert has reviewed it yet. Regulatory points are flagged for professional fact-check.

Group block displacement analysis

Prompt (EN summary). Accept, reject or counter a 40-room × 3-night wedding block at €160 net per room plus an 80-person banquet at €70/person on night 2. Compute incremental contribution against forecast transient demand, per night and in total, and the break-even night-2 group rate.

Context. 120 rooms; transient demand 80 / 118 / 90; transient ADR €150 / €220 / €170; cost per occupied room €25; ancillary contribution €12 per displaced room; banquet margin 35%.

Gold answer, per night

N310€5,400–€1,570+€3,830
Total48€16,200€1,960€10,436+€8,724

Gold answer (key). Accept overall, but counter on N2, which loses money at €160. Break-even N2 group rate: €172.65, so about €173 or more. Protect the contract with an attrition clause, a release cut-off date and a rooming-list deadline.

Overbooking: who to walk and how

Prompt (EN summary). A 80-room hotel is 2 rooms oversold tonight after a channel-manager sync failure. Choose which 2 reservations to relocate, justify, write the guest message, state the costs the hotel covers and list the corrective actions in the channel manager and PMS.

Context. Eight flagged reservations (loyalty guest with an anniversary, family needing connecting rooms, corporate account, wedding-block guest, guest needing an accessible room, and others), a partner hotel 600 m away with 3 standard rooms at €130 and no accessible rooms, and a written relocation policy.

Gold answer (key).

  1. Walk R02 and R05: one-night, first-time OTA guests with late arrival and no special needs. Both fit the partner hotel.
  2. Do not walk the loyalty, family, corporate, group, accessibility or repeat-guest bookings.
  3. Contact guests before arrival, apologise, give the partner hotel's address, and state that the hotel pays the room and transport. A non-refundable rate does not remove the hotel's duty.
  4. Corrective actions: stop-sell on all channels, reconcile PMS and channel manager, find the sync error, check the next 14 days, notify the OTA, log the incident.

Rubric (100). Exact selection 25 [P] · protected bookings with reasons 10 [R] · relocation terms 15 [R] · guest message 15 [R] · non-refundable duty 5 [R] · stop-sell and reconciliation 15 [P] · forward-date check 10 [R] · incident log 5 [R].

Trust & provenance

Provenance you can audit.

We say plainly what exists and what does not. A supplier that overstates its status once cannot be trusted on provenance.

  • Provenance record for every delivered item: author or participant ID, consent version, reviewers, history.
  • Consent separate from employment, purpose-specific and withdrawable.

Sicreto Labs LLC is a US company with its team in Andalucía, Spain. We build mobile and agentic AI software, and we make the data that agents need to work in Spanish and EU contexts.

Most agent benchmarks are American and English-language. Real work in a Spanish hotel mixes EU and Spanish rules, several systems at once and guests who switch languages mid-conversation. That is hard to build without people on the ground.
